Dudes, Geno looks incredible right now.

Bottom 6 looks like they can do more than defend.

Sid’s line needs seems a bit sloppy, but that’s due for some positive regression.

So Jarry got slashed in the neck and no response?

"Slashed in the neck"....right...a stick unfortunately, accidently, found its way up under his mask. He's lucky there was no cut but if players retaliated, and most likely took penalties, for that accident I would think they are mental midgets and some what of a pvssy for doing so.

...but Eller took a legal hit and DOC tried to fight the guy.

Geno’s line looks awesome. Rakell is just ripping the puck every chance he gets and is actually noticeable.

Sid’s line though…I think the Beauviller experiment is over. Maybe Puul deserves a shot up there. Or DOC has been solid. But definitely need a change up there

I would put DOC back up there....DOC, Sid and Rust are a proven effective line. Beau's speed and bit of finishing touch could work great in bottom 6. If it doesnt, sub him in and out with McG ...until theres an injury of course...then they're both in lineup.

Having said all of that I dont know that the first line was THAT bad. I think if Rust wasnt rusty they probably produce last night.

Rust has definitely been rusty lol. He had a great backcheck that broke up an odd man break however. That was the 1st game where I thought that line lacked some energy.

That's the nice thing about having some scoring depth beyond the 1st line. They can afford to have a quiet game from the top line.
