So can I ask the question…who does Lindgren come in for? I am not taking any of the 6 defensemen out right now
- TPC

Traded

Hulu bad on my end too. That was infuriating missing a hattrick

Maybe he stays seated until someone else needs to come out

When is he expected back?
Hulu & ESPN+ issues on my end tonight. Maddening since Hulu just had a rate increase

I am about to drop 70 on the nhl center ice package. The streaming gets annoying on espn +
- TPC

My buddy just got the Gotham Sports package for $30 a month and can share so I'm in for splitting. Doesn't help for ESPN though.
Put on the eye patch.

I agree they should trade him at the deadline. Get another dman that’s bigger and more built for the PO. Not an easy task but Lindgren has value

[quote=picklerick]There’s no spot for him without an injury or kakko trade. So here’s my proposal instead

Panarin vs Devils in 2022 was his lowest point. The embarrassment of that series motivated him to shave his head and have his best season ever last year and a pretty good playoff until Florida suffocated him. (Like they did Kucherov and Pastrnak in earlier rounds)

Now the motivation of not producing vs Florida is prompting him to a real shot at an Art Ross trophy.

And you just have to believe as a Ranger fan that he’s finally really gonna come through in the 2025 playoffs.

Because we are fans and that’s what we do.

If this team can keep scoring at the pace they are, with Igor and Quick backstopping, they are going to be very hard to beat every single night.

Having a productive 3rd line should go a long way in helping take some pressure off Panarin and Mika come playoff time. Same with having 3 d-pairs that can move the puck out of the defensive zone and start the rush. They've made a few mistakes but the Jones-Mancini pairing has been a pleasure to watch

I wonder if it’s smart to send down Rempe too. Let him play big minutes in the minors and work on his skating more. He isn’t needed right now

I agree

The Wolfpack play tonight, tomorrow and Sunday. It’s a packed weekend for them.

I would definitely send Rempe to play in at least one of those games

Both Rempe and everyone else on the Rangers know that Brodzinski is a better hockey player than Rempe, who has a desirable skill set in his favor. BUT it has possessed Johnny be good into playing some very feisty hockey! He is all over the puck in all three zones. Love to see the competitiveness.

Not the biggest JBrod fan but I agree he has been very good in his role this year. Carrick has also been a good addition IMO, he anchors that line very well.

That line is playing crazy aggressive and that's what you need out of your 4th low minute guys-Max effort at all times!

Well, to be fair, new goalie coach Jeff Malcolm was first hired as a consultant 6 years ago. So, he had ample time to learn from the master and get familiar with the organization and the goalies he's working with. Either way, I'm liking what I'm seeing so far!! Aside from Igor's game against Utah, but I'm willing to label that as an outlier at this point.
