I dont think they can afford to worry about the optics. He needs a lot of work, might as well take advantage of the AHL. Fedotov to this point has shown no improvement over Petersen/ Sandstrom last season.

I'm so sick of the goalie is tired crap!! In the old days goalies played 60-65 games and didn't blink an eye. Everyone is so soft these days! Ersson absolutely should have started in this game.

None of those goalies were playing 60-65 games in their rookie or sophomore seasons. Ersson is also not an elite goaltender

Fedotov needs to become an AHL goalie. He sucks the life out of this team. 3.2 Mil a year for this crap? Bad bad bad!!! Kosolov needs to be brought up for the next backup game. I've seen enough!

I thought the hit against Michkov should’ve been a five minute boarding penalty but the hit against TK I thought it was a clean hit nonetheless some flyer should’ve gone over and punched Taney right in the head.
