You know it's crazy they didn't do their due diligence. It goes to show how they take their fandom for granted. In my opinion the Blackhawks were lazy in their approach to all of this. How the f uck do you trust one of the most hated irresponsible don't give a s hit about his fans owners to make sure your baby is able to be viewed by your fans?

You know that's going to stick, Right? From what I read, Comcast wants to put the station in its upper tier of programing so that they can charge more. The Wirtz family is fighting it. They want it to be available as part of the regular package like the old one was.

Kasier and both look like there here to stay just really solid so far. And there will growing pains as the season goes on but it's a good sign for the future.

From a distance it appears that the defense seems to be locking down a lot better than they did last year and I don’t see as many fire drills.

thought the D looked good through 2 periods, were on their heels in the 3rd, and zone exits seemed much worse

Imagine by the 3rd the schedule was getting to them.

I am impressed by Mikheyev. Very similar to Kurashev. A solid middle sixer that can play up and down the lineup and maybe on both special teams. Competitive teams need players like them.

Right now Bertuzzi is treating the puck like a hot potato. Maybe he will relax, take his time, possess the puck a little, see the ice. But I do like that he hovers near the net on offense.

Speaking of hot potatoes, that is Murphy. Throws it up the boards, dumps it out, chips it in the corner. Devoid of creating offense.

The more I see of Kaiser (22) and Allan (21) the more I like them. A little rough around the edges. But they have NHL futures. With Vlasic and Levshunov (and more in the pipeline) that could be a pretty special D core.

Does anyone see the possibility of the Hawks signing, drafting or trading for a big number one center and letting Bedard dominate a line from the wing like Patrick Kane did (does). I know this is heresy. But a top line with Bedard on one wing and TT on the other is pretty good.

Maybe Boisvert and Greene develop into NHL centers too. Personally I think Kurashev, Nazar, Moore, Lardis, Hayes, Reichel end up as wings.
