Kick, you are in luck.
Apparently there is a legion of Emotional Support Canadians (a real on-line thing) ready to help Americans.

I think the Habs are at a point where they expect to be able to do more than they actually can, and perhaps set themselves up for false expectations with regards to contending for a playoff stop. Or at least, being withing range late into the season.
Other than the first line, scoring has been inconsistent. Although, I am really enjoying the Anderson-Evans-Gallagher line.
Until recently, the PP looked pretty decent and the PK was going strong... both are falling off.
The big issue is defensively, so many lost assignments on coverage, especially when someone tries to make a play or gets caught up ice / out of position, there seems to be a lack of awareness on the ice to cover for that player.... this has lead to an astounding amount of bad goals.
I cannot really fault the goalies completely, given the bad plays in front of them, While they have both had their (few) moments, but they have mostly not been great either.
I still think the biggest issue / failure of the HuGo era is not forcing a veteran coach on MSL, someone who can help with structure, while also mentoring MSL.
At least CC is scoring goals... for now. - Mashadar
Exactly, the front office set themselves up on that one saying "in the mix" every 4 words lol https://thehockeynews.com...onwards-and-upwards-today

GO HABS GO!
interesting games tonight. BOS-TOR, OTT-BUF, PIT-NYI... still early but already valuable points.
3-2 CGY
Hi Karine! hope everything is good for you.
Habs are +/- at the same place they were last year, so not too impressive. the coach has started feeling the heat a little bit, that should help. - fidopro
Hey Fido, yup everything going well over here, I got to interview Ken Dryden the other week :O The Habs were losing 7-2 and i still couldn't stop smiling lol
yeah re coach but I don't think they'd ever fire st-Louis, he'll be there until he decides he's had enough |

I mean, they surely won't fire him this year, but at some point in the next few years if the team doesn't improve I could see it. |

If they get to that point, i think they'll let him resign rather than fire him...time will tell

I don't think they'd fire him during the season, but I disagree about him having an immunity until he decides it's enough.
If Hughes and Gorton feel a change is needed to make the team progress further, I'm sure they'll consider/do it.
I could also see him getting another job on the team instead. |

En même temps, faut pas vendre la peau du coach avant de l'avoir amener souper.
