Players love to come in here and party (there's several weird articles about how the NBA players have a party circuit, one woman coordinates it, and they all like to wear sweaters - I swear) but no one wants to play for a Toronto team.

That relates to what I said in my previous post....they are initially taking back by having to go through customs all the time and the possible culture change. Its not that they dont want to play for a Toronto team....its everything else that is involved in going to a different country.
So Toronto is nothing like the Columbus of the NHL

Not hockey related but food related.

In the food court near my office (actually the one in the CBC building) a new place opened up - Poulet Rouge.

It's a Montreal based 'fast food/food court' one here but it seems like they have actual restaurants as well. They just opened, dude got me with a free sample of the chicken.....I was hooked.

There are 2 options from what I saw on the menu - one of the 4 flavours of grilled chicken on a bed of rice / lettuce etc. and a bunch of sauces and toppings you can put on there or grilled chicken of your flavour choice on top of poutine.

I of course went with the unhealthy choice of chicken on poutine because......it's god dammed poutine! I gotta' say it's pretty effin' good.

Anyone else tried this place?

Apparently these Poulet Rouges are everywhere or about to be - many at malls etc. The dude who gave me the free crack addictive piece of chicken was saying but they have actual sit down ones also in Quebec not sure about On-tear-eeee-air-eee-air-eeee-Oh.

(If you sung the way I spelt Ontario you are officially old like me).

Howdy folks, how’s everyone doing today? How’s the leafs? Haven’t checked… me and the gf drank a little too much vodka via shots last night safely at home but it required some cleaning dedication from me today, had a blast

Oh and skalapy, the band is called The Strands, we got some new FB and Instagram pages with some new live videos of dancing with myself, California sun, and summertime blues all recorded recently. Loving playing this stuff in a light punk style 👍
