Self-defense is too dangerous a concept for Canada.

You'll be lucky if pepper spray becomes legal.

- Rare_Jewel

bear spray is legal.

It's a lovely thing when only criminals have guns.

And yes, they will always have them.

- Rare_Jewel

Acrually they didnt always them and they arent the only ones who do have them.
But carryon.

Can you imagine an idiot like him with a gun feeling justified shooting people in "self defense" of his moronic takes.

I've never felt the need to sling an AR-15 over my shoulder to shop at Walmart or Costco. If I lived in an area that dangerous, I would move far away to someplace more normal-ish that doesn't have roving rape gangs of animal-eating terrorists that justify packing military-grade kit to get groceries. But that's just me.

Most times, I don't have anything other than a pocket knife on me. If I am hiking or driving someplace sketchy, then I carry mace. My guns stay at home, properly secured yet within reasonably-easy reach.

I think the need to bear arms depends on where you live and the frequency of animal encounters

I've fossil-hunted in a couple of sketchy places and had a pistol in my bag. But that was more because of the big bull gators in one particular spot and the meth heads around the boat ramp at another. As a general rule, I just have a machete, pocket knife, and mace when out hunting for old bones and teeth.

Drexie is a 5-time, first team, All-Star RW.

I slot in more towards C, but can play LW, and I played RW in college.

Speaking of packing heat, tonight the Maple Leafs led by my man Willy Styles have a high potentiality to melt Oiler faces under the red light, making plays and lighting the lamp early and often.

6-0 Leafs, Willy hat trick, JT, Marner, Rielly.

Zezel knows the score.

Using my complex statistical and occult methodology, here are my picks for tonight. I am omitting the Seattle - Islanders and Boston - Blues games because I didn't have these ready in time - got sidetracked helping the wife in the garden.

TOR - EDM : TOR (all. day. long.)
CBJ - MTL : MTL
NJD - TBL : TBL
WPG - FLA : WPG
BUF - PHI : PHI
SJS - PIT : PIT
OTT - CAR : CAR
DAL - MIN : MIN
DET - LAK : LAK
CHI - VAN : VAN

Call your bookie. (GS5)

My record this season : 25-17 (.595%)

The best security is a dog that quietly lets you know someone is outside and goes super barky if they enter. Even a small dog that is bred for an alert dog, I sleep better with it at the door.

I'm thinking of getting a shotgun for duck hunting, but I'd probably just end up blowing my head off the first time the Leafs gave up a goal.

We have an english bulldog that is the coolest and sweetest dog ever, but absolutely (frank)ing useless as a guard dog. She would sleep through a nuclear war and beg an intruder for treats or pets. Every stranger is her new best friend.

Lol

If I recall you have a big dog too, where the bark alone is a basically totally effective deterrent
