that is great gear

Glad they are going with their own identity, using different colours (yet somewhat similar dark blue / purple and marron) to the Habs. I could do without the thin baby blue stripe at the bottom.

Maybe also mixing in a little nod to the Montreal Maroon in there, too.

if you hear a bump just don't look. it's the same as not hearing a bump at all.

now that i think about it, i have been in 3 other accidents when i was a passenger.

rear ended going to ikea with kickbro, an accident when i was a little kid in the back seat, and i once was riding to dek hockey in the back of a buddy's pickup truck in full gear and we got rear ended.

nj drivers act like they aren't even driving. they just do other things.

the blue stripe really is atrocious. it's the golden knights red stripe. it just seems out of place.

Car screeches around the corner, honking horn repeatedly, skids to a stop by the curb.

Kick: Get in now, if you want to live. I am your only hope.

it was so easy. i eventually learned to do it without even going to my stores. you just get used to the rhythm of your stores (i had 140 supermarkets) and what they sell and what you need to reorder for them. and nestle would just send you checks from all directions. some weeks i'd get 3 checks in the mail.

oh so you didn’t really have to push anyone into buying the products... makes it even better.

Slaf training for faceoffs this morning, wonder if they're really going to try him at centre at some point.

I hope not.

We tried the whole "turn that winger into a centre" thing already.

damn... I mean, if he does become good at that position, fine, but it's a bit reminiscent of a few years ago when they were trying all sorts of experiments and confusing players more than anything lol.

when we had sales coming up i would go to the stores just to schmooz the manager and give him a nestle keychain in return from some front endcap space and maybe a few extra facings on the shelf. you really didn't have to push the product because nestle is a name that sells itself.

exactly... centers can usually play wing no problem, but the opposite is a bit more complicated for guys who aren't "natural centers", especially at the NHL level...

He played centre a little yes. But it's most likely he remains a winger.

Centers get thrown out of the circle, wingers need to step in, so practicing faceoffs seems like a good idea... gives more flex when that happens.
