I always felt like he back stabbed Gorton and JD. I wont be sad when he’s sacked - Greschnergy#4
The org is finally hitting on more draft picks than ever now with him. He might be a doosh but he’s been amassing a lot of young talent |

Why do teams like Vegas and TBL get to operate like a business but we cut a dead weight 4th liner on a bad contract and everyone on the team is on a hunger strike because they liked him? If SOMEHOW, Mika was bullied into moving, and the team was better off for it, I do not think free agents would look at it as some sort of red flag. Come here if you want to win. It’s obvious to anyone with eyeballs that he’s not just not good, but is actively making the team worse right now
All of this is a long way of saying, I don’t buy it. I want players that want to win. Friendship is all well and good. But if you don’t have that fire in you that’s your fault and winning teams don’t have players like that - picklerick
I don't disagree Zib has sucked. I also can't speak for Vegas or TBL because from a team perspective... players weren't cut and removed like Goodrow was. There was no (from my knowledge) people upset within the organization. Their decisions didn't affect the team culture and locker room... When you make decisions like Drury did, it trickles down. No matter what good he has done, to make decisions like he has, has clearly made the team pissed to play for him. While it may have been "in the rules" it was dirty pocker. A CEO of a company that does the same thing, while playing by the rules, yet treats his leadership the same way... that will trickle down, and any players coming in will experience the same culture until the person responsible for the S%^t show is gone.
I'd move Drury before trading Krieder and Zib... but that's my opinion, no matter how unpopular. You can't bandaid this with trades. |

Nah Jack's turning back into a pumpkin. When he doesn't have Aho and Svech carrying him around the ice all he is is a turnover machine. |

The problems didn’t start this year though. Winning cures all and some of our bigger contracts don’t act like they care. Get rid of Drury, fine. Won’t change the deeper issues. Maybe they get a bounce for a few games? Maybe not. |

13 50 4 23 16 maybe 6 I would think are untouchable.
Everyone else can possibly go including 31 , if no resolution seems likely.
And of course the main character in this drama 93 is not going anywhere. |

So apparently Kreider has had bad back spasms since training camp. Been trying to play through it. |

The words he says are much more inspiring than anything Trouba has ever said. C should be on his jersey instead of Trouba IMO. |

Apropos of nothing here’s this article about leetch asking not to be traded and then being traded on his birthday. - picklerick
I remember he was in a hotel with Messier and he got on the phone and went off.
I was also at the next game and the Garden was rocking with boos and Fire Sather chants. |

Thought so too, but now I think he might not want it or might not work out kinda like when Leetch got the C. |

I think you're right... which is unfortunate because he says and does the right things.... typically the last man off the ice... I mean dude... says in Round 2 of the playoffs last year that he's going to score the next goal, and not only does that but gets a hat trick... I mean just own it. |

Whether he has the C or not, doesn’t change the fact that the young guys look up to him. |

Is this a serious comment? Have you not been watching him play anymore? What is wrong with his skating? |
