Besides everyone knows that there is NO free internet access at the various ports of call, and Cruise Ship employees DON'T accesses these free internet access places (Duty free shops) to Skype Their families back home.

Trolls don't get banned, they go on Cruises.

They have satellite on board, actually, which gives you access to phone and internet reception, while at sea. And when you get to ports of call, they shut that down. I think it has something to do with licensing, but I don't know. When you get into ports, your phone switches over to local networks, and they shut the satellite stuff off. The access at sea, however, is definitely not free. It was $0.75 per minute of internet access.

As far as cruise ship employees using skype, or what not, I have no idea what they do. They seemed to be primarily from poor countries, with less educated citizens. There were many philipinos, Indonesians, etc. I'm only familiar with what is available for paying passengers, not the staff. I'm sure you would know more about that.

One of the mods came in and commented on a thread a couple of weeks ago, that you can't bait people, then complain to the mods. It seemed to be directed at him. His response was along the lines of "I didn't report you. Ask a mod to check. If it was me, I give full permission to ban me.".
