So if I understand this correctly, all things being equal, you would take Kadri over Hodgson everytime if you had an oppurtunity to pick one or the other? - Cape Breton Bruins
what are "all other things equal"? |

If it was the first player on a team you were building, and your only two options were Hodgson or Kadri. Close in age, same position, who would it be? |

The coach and thus system applied to the team will be based on the decision on which of these two elite talents will be used as the cornerstone for the organization. |

this is just all too vague and open-ended. not sure how you can expect a legit response to such an absurd hypothetical question.
let's just make it so whichever player is chosen becomes player-coach and institutes whatever system he would desire. |

Neither are elite talents. Both are far from. Hodgson tops out as a checking line plug. Kadri, if he can get it together, looks to top out as a second line winger. |

Two trains are traveling in the same direction on the same straight, level track. Train A in front is traveling at 10m/s and train B in back is traveling at 60m/s.
If the trains are initially 800m apart and do not change their speeds, in how many seconds will they collide if Kardi is the conductor? in how many seconds will they collide if Hodgson is the conductor?

No idea. If all goes well, Id say at this point, he'd TOP out at 50 to 60 points. |

So assuming you think Kadri will top out at between 50 and 60 points. Where does that leave Hodgon? 40 point guy? |

Maybe on that pathetic team you call the Habs, but on higher end teams like the Bruins and Leafs its around 50-60. |

All that being said, who really does have the brighter future between the teams and why? - Cape Breton Bruins
What the troll known as prock (Urban dictionary) stated at this time last year, was that the leafs have a much much better pool of prospects, and that the leafs were by far going to be the better of the two teams in Ontario for the foreseable future.
I pointed out that the success of the Senators AHL (fair number of prospects on it ) team was having in the AHL playoffs might indicate that the difference between the two pools of prospects were not that far apart, as the troll would have us believe.
As it turns out, I was right on the mark, as SEVEN of those AHL prospects made the NHL team this season and are heading into the NHL playoffs.
I stated this becasue I was familiar with the Binghamton team, and had seen a number of these prospects when they were "called up" for various stints last season.
I don't know if seven marlies will make the jump to the NHL for next season, as I don't follow them, just as the troll was not following the Binghamton Senators last year.
So for the troll demanding that I comment on the marlies, as his "proof" that somehow I was off the mask last year, is ridiculous as I don't comment on what I don't know enough about.
