When the Night King threw the spear at the dragon that Dany was on did it look like it skimmed her and thats why she made an audible "ughhh"?

Bran's gonna wind up being the big bad guy in the end after all isn't he?

Or we're gonna get some stupid ass redemption arc for everybody and it's going to have a happy ending because they want to give GRRM a heart attack so he can't do it better.

The episode was fun but the plot armour + lack of detail has gone to poop. I loved it until the last 30 mins


We got no background info on the NK’s motivation, plan, history, relationship with Bran, etc.

And I guess NK went from being a dude who was patient enough to wait 8000 years before crossing the wall to not being able to wait a few hours for his army to kill everyone except Bran so that he could have the easy satisfying kill.

Arya somehow escapes a castle invaded by hundreds of zombies gets to the tree in record time.

Gendry and Arya must’ve been been Usain Bolt’s non-black ancestors


I can live with the typical main character kicking the asses of 50 bad guys but the NK tree scene triggered the (frank) outta me


They should’ve killed off my girl Cersei last season and focused on the living vs dead this entire season imho!!

Arya has trained/learned the skill of sneakifying to level 100, that got her the ability to get to the Night King unnoticed, except for the Night King himself since he sensed it, just as he sensed Jon.

It is odd that the dead are essentially gone halfway through the final series. I would have thought they would be a threat to the end.


And for the point of NK waiting until everyone was dead, he just brought back all his dead soldiers plus the newly dead back to life, essentially doubling his army probably. He probs thought that he was unstoppable at that point so why wait when he had what he wanted right there in front of him.

So NK could sense Jon when he was like 100ft away in a live battle field but didn’t sense Arya until she was like 5ft away in a quiet forest?

Idk man, I enjoyed the episode but I think they just ran out of time and rushed the NK’s death. I at least would’ve liked to see some more backstory on him through the eyes of Bran. They built him and his army up for multiple seasons and he takes a L in his first fight beyond the wall lol

That and they telegraphed the (frank) out of Arya taking him out. Completely obliterated all the tension of him reaching Bran because we knew that she was coming to save the day.

I think I’m just biased against this episode since I thought the NK should’ve been the true villain. I mean the dude was trying to end humanity, Cersei just wanting to kill a few thousand people to sit on a (frank)ing throne seems harmless now
