I’m reading the Silmarillion again properly this time start to finish.

It’s an insane read but also so damn rich it’s pretty cool. It’s weird but after playing Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War I have a better grasp of the story. Plus I got bored and tried to read The Iliad again and this poop seems like a kids book in comparison.

I picked up a copy of Unfinished Tales to poke through before the summer is out.

I’m reading the Silmarillion again properly this time start to finish.

It’s an insane read but also so damn rich it’s pretty cool. It’s weird but after playing Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War I have a better grasp of the story. Plus I got bored and tried to read The Iliad again and this poop seems like a kids book in comparison.

pretty sure they actually think it's just the spider-man brand on its own that prints money and not disney's expertise when it comes to knowing what people actually want

a 50/50 deal with disney is basically free money

it's crazy to me that marvel/disney were only getting 5% previously

decided to not be lazy and did basic math on it. a 50/50 revenue split would drop their revenue compared to their previous movies even with the increased revenue due to being more popular thanks to the mcu.

maybe they arent idiots. i would guess that they'll just find a number that makes more sense and make a new deal.
