if i want to see a survival movie where animals maul people i'll rewatch the grey. if i want to see a well shot movie in the wilderness with the same cinematographer i'll rewatch the new world.

like it was a solid 7/10 or whatever but this is yet another leo movie that is getting way overhyped. titanic 2.0

lol i havent seen the Revenant yet, the Grey was okay but i honestly liked THE EDGE with Alec Baldwin/Anthony Hopkins best in terms of bear/wilderness/survival flicks

I liked Black mASS.

Spotlight was good but really slow. Like, its good but slow. Also enjoyed seeing interviews from the cast where they were all like "I hope this movie can bring to light that these things are happening" like oh wow really i had no idea this was a thing wow omg thank you for your movie educating me now i'm gonna write my MP and make sure it stops holy moly
