my reservation about it is... like... how many more "good American guy sells drugs, that ruin lives, all over the world but he's actually really cool and cheer for him" do we need to see?

like why am i supposed to be like "yay drug dealer!"

Both are supposed to be pretty good. Have seen many saying this is Cruise's best performance in years.

imo if you're not digging season 3 after 9 or 10 episodes you can drop it. its current tone continues throughout. it's more eraserhead/inland empire than twin peaks at times

they went full lynch and frost lol. scenes that exist for no reason other than because lynch probably had a dream about it and seemed like it'd be cool to put on screen. a lot of the stuff i thought was legitimately creepy and cool but yeah, not everything really seemed to have a purpose plotwise
