A friend of mine shared an article on Facebook. General Snoke, the Mr Burns of the series, might get his own prequel about he was once good but then became bad. The guy who was like the biggest bad in the galaxy who got murked by a (frank)ing tadpole level Jedi or whatever they're called.

Wow so exciting

Han Solo is going to be bad and all Star Wars is bad. There are 2 good movies. A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back.

Revenge of the Sith is pointless and numbing

Return of the Jedi is like the first Hobbit movie

Ep 7 is p fun but it isn't like legit good, its just good. Def not a dece grade
Rogue One is bad
Ep 8 was not good. It just uses Star Wars mythos to keep you occupied

Totally agree but Ep 7 is good because its a New Hope repackaged, which makes it not good. I liked Rouge One.

Try to rewatch that movie again and not fast forward until the planet assault. Everything up to that point is dreadfully boring and makes no sense.

The planet assault 1) makes no sense 2) is fun because its just "THROW ALL THE STAR WARS AT THEM" and Xwings, TIE fighters, ATAT's, storm troopers, etc. appear.

The best part of the movie is when all the boring characters start getting murdered and then the 2 minutes when Darth Vader murders noobs, which doesn't have to be in the movie for any reason but "Hey look, its Darth Vader"

and i admit that the only parts of the new movies i'd even want to see are these throwback scenes and characters you mention so i can mark the (frank). from everything i've gathered from the ads and the clips i've seen of all the new star wars movies they are chock full of characters i don't want to get invested in at all. (frank) jar jar and the red and black guy, i want greedo and the emperor dude with the hood on.

i think its a little more that original isn't a thing anymore.

like Pacific Rim is an "Original Idea" in that there isn't a specific book or anything its based off but like Power Rangers and Gundam and Godzilla exist.
