Well its based off of mar-Vel or whatever which was an alien guy who got Steve Trevor'd during the Kree-Skrull war and was the original Captain Marvel and then he passed it on after dying because ITS (frank)ING COMIC BOOKS CRIMS. Jeeze dude.

Shazam was also originally named Captain Marvel.

DC has Wonderman, Amazing Man, Kryptonite Man, some shlub called Super Man. Bunch of toxic masculinity if you ask me imo

Marvel has a character called... Shamrock? Who is Irish and her power is that she's lucky. Until one day her luck ran out, she broke her leg and then she became a spiraling alcoholic because Irish.

There's also a villain called Codpiece who has a giant gun for a Richard.

Althought I'm partial to Eye Scream who can turn into any flavour of ice cream so he can sneak through vents and poop.

The X-Men have some really (frank)ed up poop. Like there was a kid who could eat anything and they'd used him to open holes in fences by eating them. And there was a guy who could pull off his limbs and re attach them. There was also Gin-ie or something who could create super sonic powerful waves but only when she was drunk.
