yeah, and there are (frank)ing morons who pay 75% mark-up on something a retard can make in a crockpot. therefore, the person ordering it is a (frank)o.

no, i think it is kind of thought of as an old man drink.
i don't know. i like it. - kicksave856
back in college, used to buy 2 liter of sprite, pour half out, fill it back up with Gin, and take it to games, out on the quad, etc. where alcohol was not allowed. Quite tasty on a hot summer day. Was quite popular with the ladies too as I recall.
Also, meatloaf (and/or meatzilla) is quite good if made properly. That said, bad meatloaf is really bad. But good meatloaf is a thing of beauty, and a culinary delight. And yes, ketchup is permitted, even encouraged. But as desi stated, this should be done while the meatloaf is hot. |

i've had it with a layer of cheese and a thin layer of pepperoni running through the middle. |

interesting. a little italian flavor to it. never done that myself, but it sounds good. would prolly have to skip the ketchup with that version though. |

i'm used to a meatloaf with a sweeter twist. brown sugar/oatmeal/ketchup glaze on top. |

never had a sweet (ish) meatloaf. seen the italiany version before, but i still prefer the straight up version w/cheese. maybe some mashed taters to go with. yum. |

I make sauce and toss in some meatballs to slow cook in it all day, then the meatballs are placed in a separate bowl for individual serving. just tossing in meat and making the sauce like a runny sloppy joe is just wrong, imo.
i top my meatloaf with either home-made bbq sauce or sweet baby ray's bbq sauce. only sweet baby ray's |
