i have yet to score on the "cross-crease" play. top corner, no. short side low, no. far corner, no. 5-hole, no. far side low, no. seven hole, both sides, no.

i scored all sorts of goals. try going low and five hole. but i love that goalies are better. i really hope they don't tweak them.

Ya those 10 goals per game crowd...they aren't like the 15 goals to 0 per game crowd.

Same here... free skate.. first shot.. short side cheese goes in... never goes in again.

Cross crease goes in.. didnt score a single goal for another period.. took me some more to redo the cross crease.

Not sure if the AI is adaptive or not.. but up to now.. .I love how the goalies challenge you to be creative for some scoring.

I wonder if this fixes them all. There are others I can score on pretty easy skating backwards.

With a left skate backwards around the back of the opposing net, left to right, and circle out front. Goalie stays on post and you can go low far side very easy. For that matter you really only need to exit from behind the net backwards.

Although, I really really like the backwards skating. You can do some good things picking up loose pucks to avoid people or to get better shots in the slot. Thats the good use of it..... but it'll be ruined for sure.
