iirc, the 10 yr old laptop had mcafee or norton on it when i went with avg and they didn't get along so i had to uninstall the mcafee or norton one.

it seems that the WWE network deployment that is slated for August 12th is just a sham and basically it'll be a subscription only service available exclusively to Rogers subscribers and not a full blown roll-out of the Network of Networks.

my patience being exhausted and having already spend a year's worth of subscription fees on 2 PPV events this year I need a way to mask my IP at the router level so I can sign up.

edit: I use mediahint to mask it at the comp level so I can shck out US netflix and use Pandora but I don't want to watch SummerSlam on my laptop

IMO it's stupid to have one.

If you download torrents, just quarantine the folder, scan it when you export anything out of it.

Most of the time anti-viruses are gimmicks.

A decent firewall setting + ABP and smart browsing will be more than enough.
