probs like 85%. there were some doozies on there. Especially the prog rock period with bands like Can, Gentle Giants and Kraftwerk. It's barely music, but whatever. We ended up covering the blues, motown, 60's 70's rock, psychedelia, punk, heavy metal and contemporary music

also, posted it on the song of the day thread, but Wilson Pickett covered Hey Jude and it is a god damn (frank)ing fantastic song.

Well I just ate a rather swell fettucini alfredo in which I chucked, scallions, sauted mushrooms, bacon and sambal oelek for some kick. Looked rather good for a simple dish. As far as other dishes I haven't been up to much at home, I work like a madman so when I get home I unwind and promptly fall asleep wherever the hell I sit down.

At work I am involved in a lot but I don't really make the dishes entirely on my own. The chicken stuffed with prosciutto, marinated mushrooms and cheese topped with a demi glace and mushroom sauce is neat, though maybe a bit redundant with the mushrooms. I must correct what I said of their tomato sauce, I find they overcook it and it's missing acidity. I crave the scallops in the cream, orange juice and Grand Marnier sauce, that was delish.

Ah, muh bad, I stand by what I said however. People hate their vocals but I see them as an acquired taste, and I have acquired that taste. Megadeth has recently been playing in D standard tuning live to accommodate Mustaine's aging voice, I wonder if the album they plan to release next year will also be in that tuning, might be neat, or awful.

I believe my negative prodding had more to do with it than your innate desire to help out crimsoninja despite the fact that he's never been anything but a good friend to you.

Just cream, butter and parmesan, a little nutmeg is nice too, and obviously salt and pepper. Sometimes I brown some minced garlic and reduce some white wine and chicken stock before adding everything else too. I add a little bit of lemon juice as well, but not very much.
