I can’t believe Minny gave up on him. The guy IMO has the most skill of anyone on this team except maybe Theodore. The combination of size and skill is off the charts. He still hasn’t figured it all out but if does watch out.

It will be interesting to see how they handle the favorite roll in this series. Especially after winning game 1.

They relished being the underdogs against the Avs, rallied to come back. Had to prove they were better then the Wild with the history Minny had over them (they’ve dominated VGK since it’s first season).

This is a totally different story. Hopefully they don’t think this will be as easy as most of our fan base seems to think so. They need to go out there and take it took them in every single game.

I didn't know that Pacioretty Is the brother In law of Maxim Afinogenov. Pacioretty Is A Connecticut native not California.

What a cluster(frank) of a 1st period. Starting with Stephenson being out. This team’s C depth is already weak and you lose your 1st line center?. Not great.

How telling is it that Glass can’t even get in the lineup when this happens?. Looking more and more like a bust every season that goes on. Sad but true, we traded the wrong guy. Maybe they’ll put him in for game 3 if they can’t come back here and Stephenson is out. You’re gonna need skill. Not sure having Kolesar and Brown as your 3/4 line C’s is gonna help with scoring.

Can’t go down 3-0 and expect to come back.

At this point it’s becoming a trend how slowly they start. These guys may not be as talented as the AVS but they can hold a lead a hell of a lot better as they’ve shown throughout these playoffs.

Hoping the Stephenson injury isn’t serious, or this series just got more interesting.
