Let’s see NO goaltending, mediocre Defense with decent offensive capabilities. I think it’s quite a reach to make even a wild card. Vegas, Edmonton and Vancouver are light years better. Winnipeg St.Louis and Utah are better. Don’t see an opening for the Kings.

Yes. Will fight for a wildcard spot. I could easily see the Kings missing altogether. But middle of the pack sounds about right.
