I would certainly call it a bad game for the Kings. Outshooting the Leafs in the second half is rather meaningless because the Leafs had a 4 or 5-goal lead for most of it and were coasting... and even with the heavy shot advantage, the Kings weren't even close to making it a game.

This is not a good team right now. If this continues, get comfortable with the idea of a top 10 pick and letting Turc, Clarke, Laf, and Byfield mature with expanded ice time. Spence has been no bueno so far. I hope it is merely an adjustment to his expanded role. I liked the kid a lot last year.

Agree. Leafs were just killing the game by then. No forward got over 19 minutes. Berube got guys ice time. That's it. And they still opened the lead in the second period.
