Somethings gotta give with all these bottom six prospects. So many of them with only so many spots to fill. A good problem to have but a problem nonetheless
maybe to potentially play in hartford when one of the previously mentioned bottom 6 prospects makes the team? - picklerick
This would be my guess. Hoping some guys get a shot.
Statistically speaking, most won't make it by not earning it and where the AHL is their landing spots.
We need more energy/agitator players. Looking at Sykora and Othmann. Remember the days of "pests". Rangers need pests in the line up to get under the skin of other teams.

I loathe that dude.
I agree with his talent and pest nature. But he, as a person, is a real douchebag.
If Rempe refines his game and either Skykora or Othmann can develop into a scoring pest of a player, I think the Rangers are in a good position for the middle/bottom 6 for energy/agitators.

Unfortunately I have to disagree with you there. He's an ass on the ice, it's his job, but there are tons of stories of how great of a guy he is off the ice as is the case with almost every hockey player

I’ve heard the same thing. Very good with the fans. He’s not nearly as douchy on the ice as he used to be either. Seems like he matured more than anything else.
Not much longer til we starting fighting about Zib again
I think Trouba on the 3rd pair will make a world of difference for him and the team. I know he makes a lot of money but it’s for sure the best case for the team doing it

He was fine until he was injured, then brutal after he returned.

$8M on the third pairing will make some people's head explode. But, if we can fill the 6 spots for close to average for the D corp overall, I could give 2 poops!
