do not think they offer weekly leagues where you basically have a different team every week and your opponents can have the same players in several positions... this league is/was unique that way and i'm not sure there's another similar one out there

Unfortunately it became too burdensome to keep the roster of players updated. Almost every year new players are added to NHL rosters, making it near impossible to keep everything up to date.
