Sullivan should be on the hot seat, but he probably isn't. The ownership group and all the star players love him. |

In the sprng, maybe. Monty Montreal or Montreal Monty has a nice ring to it!
I would rather Q in Detroit. Maybe get Feds if Detroit promises to retire his #. |

Some in Boston have been calling for this for a while. Ownership is the obstacle here. They won't tolerate a rebuild until the house has burned completely to ashes. They will probably sell off then. (Wishful thinking ) |

If the Blues drop two of three or all three to NYI, NYR, & Devils this coming 5 days, Monty will return to St. Louis! He has many ties to the city including his wife and her family, he met her when he played for the Blues. The Blues power play and penalty killing were in the top 10 when here as an assistant coach, plus strong ties with Doug Armstrong. This is a reminder of when Hitchcock replaced Davis Payner and Blues ended up the season with 109 points and in the playoffs! |

If the players love him why do they not play for him? There not even trying anymore. |

This makes sense I hope for the team they do this. Right now, Bannister has the deer in the headlights look. Also, our stars are second tier stars. A lot of teams have two or three players better than our best player. |

I don't see how Sullivan is even a fit with Boston. He had his success with that speedy up-tempo style that Pittsburgh clearly can't do anymore. Other than the B's 4th line I'm just not seeing the personnel on the roster that fit into his coaching style. |
